Green Eggs and Ham

We had spinach quiche for dinner tonight. I gave Anna a little slice, not knowing if she'd eat it or not. I think she was really hungry because she put a big bit in her mouth right away and ate it right up. She must have taken a moment to think about it after that because she really didn't eat much more. She ate a few other things and then started asking for eggs (we'd mentioned that there were eggs in the quiche). We told her the quiche was green eggs and ham and asked if she wanted to eat that. Matt and I kept eating and talking. Just a little bit later, I asked if she wanted something else to eat while I glanced down at her tray. Surprisingly, she had very little on her tray--she had eaten the quiche--I mean, green eggs and ham! We'll see if she likes it tomorrow too when we have leftovers.
